Refund and Return Policy

At LunchHour, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may not be happy with our product or service. Our refund and return policy are as follows:

Returns

Given the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on the meals delivered. If you have concerns about the meal you received, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately.

Refunds

  1. Subscription Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. The remaining balance, excluding the amount for the days the service was availed, will be credited back to your virtual wallet.

  2. Meal Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the meal delivered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the meal. After reviewing your complaint, we will, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund to your virtual wallet.

  3. Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver your meal due to reasons attributable to us, we will issue a full refund for the missed meal to your virtual wallet.

Please note that all refunds will be credited to your LunchHour virtual wallet and can be used for future purchases. Customers also have the option to withdraw the unused amount from their virtual wallet to their bank account.
